this hotel met every demand! i stayed here 7 nights and greatly enjoyed it. the staff members were amiable. the location was peaceful and perfect in the nice area. it took only 5 minutes to walk to lower bisterne farm bus stop.

Everything was excellent, so were magnificent views of the mountains. The location was magnificent, down to the gondola, we liked it...

The house was so cool, like straight out of a magazine, and it was right next to the ski slope. We had the sickest time skiing kilometer after kilometer on the stunningly groomed slopes. And let me tell you, the party scene was insane! We hit up all the trendy spots and had the best time ever. Plus, with the Ötztal Inside Summer Card, we had non-stop fun and adventure. Can't wait to go back next year!

The only thing we wished for was more wild parties specifically for young people. We had a blast at the trendy spots, but we wanted even more excitement and craziness.

I had a magnificent stay at a luxurious apartment in a stunning location. The apartment was beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard. It was just a short walk to the nursery slope and there was a convenient lift to take me down to the town. The sauna and steam room were perfect for relaxation after a day of skiing. The heated boot and ski store was a bonus. I highly recommend this apartment for families.

Great location, close to the slopes and easy access to the city centre. the room was spacious and had a nice view. the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the bed was comfortable.

The reception was not always staffed which made it difficult to get any assistance when we needed it. the heating system in the room was quite noisy and kept us up all night.

Despite being a bit far from the center, the hotel was situated close to the ski lifts and the view of the mountain was phenomenal. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. Plus, the ski-in/ski-out facility was excellent.

My Christmas experience was a bit lacking. The hotel lacked the festive atmosphere that you would expect during the holiday season.
